1 - Howell-Jones Partnership (leading Surrey law firm)
The task:
As one of Surrey's leading law firms, Howell-Jones
Partnership commissioned us to undertake a complete
rebranding and awareness programme amongst the public
and business communities and supported by pre and post
research to demonstrate its effectiveness.
The solution:
The programme continues today with innovative ideas such
as awareness advertising on the backs of buses -
probably a first for a law firm in Surrey, sponsorship
of The Tanners (the renowned Leatherhead Football Club),
regular editorials and advertorials in local
‘coffee-table media, a new suite of stationery, product
and sales brochures.
2 - Surrey Crime Stoppers (registered charity)
The task:
To help in crime reduction by increasing awareness
amongst Redhill residents about the Surrey Crimestoppers
0800 555 111 telephone number which allows crime to be
reported anonymously.
The solution
A high profile campaign in partnership with, and
sponsored by, Legal & General Insurance involving a
press launch with the Mayor and Crispin Blunt (local
MP), coverage in the local Redhill paper, posters
mounted in shop windows and lamp posts, 1000 give away
helium-filled balloons, fridge magnets and a promotional
stand in the local shopping centre. The effectiveness of
the campaign has been demonstrated by an increase in the
number of phone calls received during and immediately
after the campaign period. We are pleased to say that
much of the original display material remains in place!
3 - A-Glaze Limited (Developers, manufacturers and
distributors of car paint protection system)
The task:
To increase awareness amongst prestige motor dealers and
the car buying public about the benefits of specifying
the A-Glaze car paint surface protection system which is
guaranteed for five years, and removes the need to
polish the vehicle.
The solution
To offer an A-Glaze treatment to editors in exchange for
double-page features in relevant media. This eliminates
the need to pay for advertising space and adds
credibility to the product as it endorsed by the
editors. It also serves to create demand at dealerships
as the buying public become better informed. A stand was
also taken at this year's International Motor Show so
that car manufacturers and dealers could see at first
hand how effective the treatment is.
